• All bookings are subject to availability.
• Payment information must be provided at the time of booking to secure your reservation.
• We accept major credit cards and other approved payment methods.

• Pets are only permitted in designated rentals, subject to prior approval.
• Guests must respect quiet hours and be mindful of other guests and neighbors.
   

• Harbour View Suites is not responsible for loss, theft, or damage to guests’ personal belongings.
• Use of the property and amenities is at the guest’s own risk.
• We are not liable for delays, cancellations, or changes caused by events beyond our control (weather, travel disruptions, emergencies, etc.).
